About Our Studio
Our new studio (opening May/June 2026) is located on the ground floor of the beautifully restored historic Craigantina Building in the historic Nelson Place seafront area, part of the original Williamstown port servicing the City of Melbourne when it was first settled.
Soaring ceilings, heritage cornices, and wooden floors set the scene for a studio modelled on an upmarket and welcoming boutique spa rather than an austere exercise space. Creating a zen inspired space with potted olive trees and high quality oak reformers, it is designed to inspire a sense of well-being and encourage a mind-body connection during our Pilates classes, rather than feeling that you are toiling away in a sweat shop.
Our philosophy is centred on delivering a high-quality experience by combining a classical approach to teaching a balanced program of Pilates exercises on the reformer with a contemporary understanding of biomechanics and the latest scientific research, all within a welcoming environment.
