Introduction to Reformer (max. 8 people)

This session is designed for those who are new to Pilates or the reformer, or feel they could do with a refresher on the correct set-up and use of this key piece of equipment. You’ll be guided through the various part of the reformer, how to set-up and make adjustment to the springs, carriage, shoulder rests, foot bar and other components, and then observing how the reformer is used for different exercises. A regular session is held each Saturday morning and is open to anyone who has purchased a package or subscription but not yet attended a class.

Reformer Beginner (max. 8 people)

This class is designed for those new to reformer Pilates, returning after a break, or who prefer a slower paced but still challenging exercise routine. You’ll be guided through a fundamental and varied set of exercises at a steady pace, with a strong focus on building core strength, improving posture, and learning correct alignment. Anyone new to Reformer Pilates is strongly encouraged to attend the Introduction to Reformer session held on Saturday mornings.

Reformer Intermediate (max. 8 people)

Designed for those with a solid foundation in reformer Pilates, this class builds on the fundamentals with more dynamic and challenging sequences. Expect a moderate to faster pace with layered movements that challenge coordination while refining technique and alignment.

Reformer Advanced (max. 8 people)

For experienced practitioners, this faster‑paced class features complex, flowing sequences using props and advanced variations at increased resistance. Expect a strong focus on strength, control, precision, and a full‑body challenge with smoother transitions to boost endurance.

Reformer Pre & Post Natal (max. 6 people)

A safe, supportive class designed for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. This class is focused on improving strength, balance, mobility, and posture. It is ideal for those wishing to maintain bone density, improve balance, increase joint mobility, or manage issues associated with the back, hips, knees or other joints.
